Applies to all merchants:

1. Merchants must accept customers' in-platform payments, or will be penalized with Usd100.

2. Merchants with customer and promoter's accounts will not be allowed to transfer balances across accounts, otherwise, the merchant's account will be shut-down, and any remaining balance will be confiscated.

Applies to all customers, merchants, and promoters:

1. Each person can register to all 3 roles, merchant , customer, and promoter.

2. Each person is only entitled for registering for one account per role only; all related accounts under the same role, if found, will be shut-down, any remaining balance will be confiscated.
